Damien Moore's journey began with a challenging experience on a remote farm in New Zealand. At 20, he faced isolation, a flooded property, and the stress of being alone with no power or water.
This ordeal led him to vow never to live in isolation again, prompting him to move to a town, buy a car, and seek a more social life.
Back in England, Damien worked in retail and gradually overcame his shyness. He managed a business, but after a decade, he felt the need for change. He shifted to a role in a project aimed at closing outdated long-stay hospitals, aligning himself with a mission to help people.
He later managed nine services for individuals with learning disabilities, supervising over 100 staff and finding fulfillment.
However, by his mid-thirties, despite outward success, Damien felt stressed, unfulfilled, and disconnected, especially after his partner's illness and eventual passing. Determined to change, he delved into personal growth, exploring methods that would improve his well-being. He trained in Somatic Education, became a meditation leader, and pursued further courses, eventually directing a personal growth center.
Damien's work now centers on guiding others toward self-acceptance and personal transformation. His daily life is fueled by gratitude, time spent with loved ones, and engaging in varied activities that nurture both mind and body.
He believes that anyone can create a fulfilling and exciting life if they embrace growth and follow their passions.
